Shipping policy

Orders placed before July 31st, 2026 at 11:59 AM EST will begin to be shipped in early August, 2026. Customers will receive a tracking number for eligible shipping methods. 

Only participants who have a valid ticket for DashCon 2 are eligible for the in-person pickup option. DashCon 2 is not responsible for ensuring that all buyers have a valid ticket. Participants who fail to collect their order at the convention on August 2nd, 2026, will be refunded within 7 business days, minus a $10 processing fee.

DashCon 2 is not liable for damages or fees incurred as the result of lost or damaged packages. In such cases, please contact your courier to resolve the matter. DashCon 2 is not responsible for paying additional taxes or duties that may occur in the case of international shipments.
